Overview

This Refund Policy describes when FluxKlein Studio may provide refunds for purchases made through the Service.

Eligibility

Unless required by law, we may offer a refund if:

  • The request is made within 7 days of purchase, and
  • The purchase has not been materially used (for example, not more than 30% of included credits/features have been consumed), and
  • There is no evidence of abuse, fraud, or violation of our Terms of Service.

How to Request a Refund

Email us with:

  • The account email used for the purchase
  • The purchase date and plan (or order details)
  • A brief reason for the request

Processing

If approved, refunds are issued back to the original payment method. Processing times depend on your bank/payment provider.

Exceptions

We may refuse refund requests that involve abuse, chargeback fraud, or repeated refund activity.
